An open role can create pressure every single day. Your website can help start the conversation.
The hiring manager knows the role is empty. Show an illustrative salary-equivalent for elapsed working days, then make the next step easy. This figure is not the economic cost of vacancy.

Stillwater Talent
What does the hiring delay look like?
Stillwater fills operations, finance and engineering roles. Two numbers you already know, and the arithmetic is shown.
Illustrative salary equivalent for elapsed working days
$300 a day$1,500 a working week
$78,000 ÷ 260 working days = $300 a day. $300 × 45 days = $13,500.
Ready to close the seat?
Five questions, one per screen, about a minute. In a real version, your team would receive a hiring brief. This prototype sends nothing.
Example brief complete. No submission sent.
What happens next
- 1In a real version, a consultant would follow up.
- 2You get a shortlist within ten working days.
- 3Interviews are booked around your calendar.

What the usual contact form costs you
- With no number attached, "we'll get to it next month" feels free. The hiring manager has a dozen things that feel urgent. An empty seat with no price on it isn't one of them.
- A generic form captures nothing useful. Name, email, message box. So the first call is spent collecting the brief rather than acting on it.
- Urgency is never asked. A role that needed filling this week waits in the same queue as everyone else.
Why it's built this way
- Speed
- The maths is one division and one multiplication in plain JavaScript. No form plugin, no calculator embed, no framework. The brief is five small screens in the same file, so nothing loads when you press Start.
- Mobile
- The slider, the plus and minus buttons and the radio tiles are all thumb-sized. One question per screen fits a phone without the form running off the bottom, and the day strip wraps to whatever width it's given.
- Conversion
- The cost appears before anything is asked for. The brief asks only what a consultant needs for the first call, and the urgency question sorts the hot roles from the rest.

Worried the number scares people off? It's labelled an estimate, and it comes from their own inputs, so it reads as their number, not yours. Bring your real placement data to the call and I'll show you the tool running with it.
